Meet Melanie
Seeing you for you.
I work with people struggling with anxiety, self-esteem, and depression. Neurodiversities, high-sensitivities, and experiences of trauma can make life overwhelming - and being a creative person means seeing the world in an open and vulnerable way.
Help is here. Together we can transform your experiences into strengths.

Compassionate, curious, creative.
My lived experience in both the healing and creative arts is essential to my practice. I specialize in life transitions, anxiety, stress-management, depression, grief and loss, fertility issues, relationships, and parenthood. I integrate a psychodynamic approach with strength-based and trauma-informed cognitive behavioral therapy, in addition to somatic, Focusing (parts psychology), and mindfulness techniques for stress reduction.
A partner in your journey.
I love seeing people's lives becoming more easeful. Together we will work toward your goals, and find connection, stability, and success.
Research shows that successful therapy is founded on a relationship with a caring therapist you can trust. I welcome connecting with you and would love to answer your questions, talk more about the therapeutic process, and give you a chance to see if therapy with me is the right fit for you!
