Insurance: Beginning September 1, 2026 I will be in network with Premera, Lifewise, and some Blue Cross Blue Shield plans.

Sliding Scale:

Per session rates are on a sliding scale. Please choose the appropriate level for you.

Individual Therapy

$180 ($170, $160, $150)

 

Couples/Relationship Therapy

$195 ($185, $175, $165)

 

Super Bills

Happy to provide super bills. Please confirm with your insurance  company that they will reimburse and any details we need to include​

All major credit/debit cards are accepted. Payment is due at the time of each session.

24 - hour cancellation policy. Credit card required for weekly session and other fees.
